Lore Item addon

The Item Lore+ add-on for Minecraft Bedrock allows players to customize item names and descriptions (lore) without modifying their underlying data (NBT). This means only visual aspects are changed, leaving item attributes and enchantments untouched. Administrators can access and customize other players' inventories, while standard players use the "Lore Book" item, which requires a configurable cost of XP, items, or points.

Eleven unique anvils, each themed after a different wood type, offer further creative customization options and allow players to modify item lore for a small in-game cost.


The add-on's configuration file allows administrators to adjust payment requirements or grant free access to specific users. It supports lore entries of up to 10,000 characters for administrators and 100 characters for regular players. Use "-n" within the lore text to create line breaks for formatting.


To grant admin access in Item Lore+, use the command: /tag @s add Admin
