The Drowned Mobs addon enhances underwater life in Minecraft PE by adding new variants of drowned mobs. Nearly every hostile mob gets a drowned version, including Creepers and Endermen. To help players combat these underwater threats, the addon adds new Prismarine-based recipes for a bow and Heavy Prismarine Sword.

Try the updated version; it should fix this for most items.
