The Oceanite armor set is better than the Diamond one, and it requires ocean-related resources to make. You will need a lot of prismarine shards and gold ingots to make this set, because only one Oceanite ingot requires four shards to create. What is probably worth making is Oceanite tools, though, at least for the additional abilities they have.

Axe: Attacks in water are not slowed down by water resistance, making it ideal for fighting aquatic enemies.
Pickaxe: Mines ocean-related blocks (like prismarine, coral, sea lanterns) much faster than normal.
Hoe: Efficiently breaks ocean-related blocks, offering speed boosts when working in underwater environments.
Shovel: Quickly digs through ocean-themed blocks like sand, gravel, and clay when underwater.
