Realistic Skies allows you to replace the low-quality sky in Minecraft PE with a better one. You can choose from one of twelve very different styles of a skybox. There is a sky for everyone, every style of map, even for Cyberpunk. You can switch between styles in the Resource pack settings.

How to install:

Download the .mcpack file below
Open the file using any file manager to import it into Minecraft PE
Open Minecraft Pocket Edition
Create new or edit an existing world
Scroll down to the Resource packs section and select the ones you want to apply
