The Hippocampus is a mythical seahorse-like creature that is swift both on land and in the water. While rideable on land, it truly excels in aquatic environments, using its powerful fin to propel itself like a motorboat. This magical creature offers more than just transportation.

Unlike typical animals, the Hippocampus is tamed with Prismarine Crystals. After taming, you can ride it, but you'll need a saddle for steering.
Beyond transportation, the Hippocampus can also be farmed for meat, and its scales can be used to craft a unique shield.
