The Left Hand add-on changes how your Minecraft character holds items, making the left hand the primary hand and reserving the right for the off-hand. This subtle yet impactful change is ideal for left-handed players.
Many animations, including sword attacks and eating, have been completely redesigned to accommodate the left-handed perspective. Additionally, numerous blocks have been updated to function correctly with this new configuration.
However, a known issue causes some items to appear in both hands simultaneously. Update: Fixed for most items now.
