The Left Hand add-on changes how your Minecraft character holds items, making the left hand the primary hand and reserving the right for the off-hand. This subtle yet impactful change is ideal for left-handed players.
Many animations, including sword attacks and eating, have been completely redesigned to accommodate the left-handed perspective. Additionally, numerous blocks have been updated to function correctly with this new configuration.
However, a known issue causes some items to appear in both hands simultaneously. This affects items such as slime blocks, armor stands, ender pearls, various raw meats, armor pieces, potions, and spawn eggs.
