Night Terrors brings a darker, more unsettling tone to your Minecraft world by introducing creepy new creatures designed to keep you on edge—especially after the sun goes down.
Leading the horror lineup is the Perforator, a grotesque, mutated villager twisted by the night. It’s inspired by trypophobia—that unsettling fear of clusters of holes—and its design alone is enough to send a chill down your spine. With 60 health and a solid 10 damage per hit, this creature isn’t just disturbing—it’s deadly.
Take it down, and you’ll be rewarded with emeralds… but don’t let your guard down just yet. Upon its defeat, the Perforator leaves behind four Grubs—small, fast, and slippery enemies with 8 health each. On their own, they're manageable. But when they swarm? You might find yourself overwhelmed.
