The Climbable Rope add-on introduces a versatile, craftable rope to Minecraft, providing a convenient alternative to ladders, particularly for structures like treehouses and high bases. In survival mode, ropes are crafted using 4 strings and a slime ball. In creative mode, they can be found in the "Equipment" tab of the inventory.
Ropes can be attached to the underside of fences and will hang downwards. Breaking the supporting fence block will cause all connected rope segments to fall. To climb, simply enter the rope's collision area. Hold the jump button to ascend and release it to descend slowly. Crouching will halt any movement on the rope.
