Become a parkour expert with the Roll and Stamina add-on, which overhauls movement and jumping. Sprinting now consumes stamina, which regenerates after a short delay once depleted. The add-on also introduces a roll jump, which consumes stamina and allows you to jump up to 3 blocks high. Execute this new jump by pressing the jump and sneak buttons simultaneously. This combination may take some practice.
