Brewing
This add-on introduces a new brewing mechanic involving a multi-stage preparation process. It begins by combining water and sugar to prepare yeast for fermentation.
- At a crafting table, combine bottled water and sugar to create sugar water.
- Transfer the sugar water to a brewing stand.
- Place the sugar water in the bottom slots of the brewing stand and add yeast as the reagent.
- Mixing yeast and sugar water primes the yeast for fermentation, producing activated yeast.
- Yeast can sometimes be found as a byproduct of harvesting mushrooms.
- Alternatively, yeast can be produced at a brewing stand using bottled water and wheat.
- Keep the activated yeast in the bottom slot of the brewing stand.
For ale: Use hops as the reagent.
For wine: Use grapes as the reagent.
