Farmer's Delight addon

Farmer's Delight, adapted from its Java counterpart, enhances farming and food preparation in Minecraft Bedrock. The add-on expands crop variety and introduces new food recipes and preparation techniques, including chopping, frying, and boiling.

Growing new crops

The process begins with finding wild crops scattered throughout the world. Harvesting these yields seeds that can be planted in specially crafted Delightful Dirt (see the crafting recipe below). Plant Rice, Tomatoes, Onions, and Cabbage in this enriched soil for optimal growth.

Cooking new dishes

As mentioned, preparing dishes involves new steps. Ingredients may require chopping or frying before final assembly. Chopping is performed on the Cutting Board using a Knife, Axe, or even a Pickaxe (see screenshots below).

Ingredients are ultimately combined in a Cooking Pot, which must be placed on top of a Stove. Note the additional slot on the Cooking Pot, typically used for a bowl or other serving vessel.
